Organizations involved in the STTC are grouped in various categories according to their organisation type and level of involvement as Partners, Participants and Supporters (click for the full list of bodies and businesses involved).
Participants commit to contribute to the goal of the STTC in their sphere of influence and are invited to draft an Action Plan for activities that will increase market share of sustainably sourced timber from tropical forests. The STTC also provides match-funding, for these where needed.
Currently the STTC’s participants range from cities like Madrid, Barcelona and Amsterdam to timber importers, construction companies and large home improvement retailers such as Intergamma, Praxis and Kingfisher. click for a full list.
